The Heavenly Kingdom of Dazzling Star is a heaven without land, like a grand city made of glass, suspended in the midst of the Star Cluster, with no atmospheric barrier, pure starlight dazzling to the point of being blinding. Here, the constellations are completely identical to the real world; on midsummer nights, one can see the traverse of the Summer Triangle, and during late autumn, the splendor of the Leonids meteor shower.
As a reward for abandoning the earth, the Stellar Resources of the Heavenly Kingdom of Dazzling Star are the crown of the Seven Heavens, encompassing almost all the Technique Spirits of Star Magic and Light Magic, as well as a 30% share of the Space Technique Spirits. Although compared to the vast universe, Star City is as small as a glass ball, it seems to be the true center of the universe itself, with celestial bodies arranged, stars returning to their places, and starlight enveloping Star City's rhythm.
