Originally, this was just a temporary office for Hanna to approve confidential documents on behalf of the Empress. As the First Witch, Hanna's proper workplace should be the newly established Witch Government Establishment Bureau in Nabistin, while the place for Empress Yisu to work and meet foreign ministers is the Sound Palace. During Lissdia's reign, it was the Flute Sound Palace—iron-built Sound Palace, flowing Empresses.
For the past seven hundred years, the Sound Palace has always been the highest symbol of power of the Yisu royal family. However, few people pay attention to it because the Yisu royal family has always held few meetings and interfered little in politics.
