Vishious stood there staring at Malice, letting what he had just said to him have the time to sink in. He wasn't one who had much patience when it came to dealing with people, and at this moment he already wasn't in a very good mood.
He wanted to wrap things up here as quickly as he could. He had other things that he could think of how he would like to spend his time right now, and that he would enjoy a lot more than being here and dealing with this. And it was only this hybrid Kamaira and that weak sibling of his that were the ones that caused him to have to be here right now. Once he was done dealing with these two, he would be able to leave and go back to his Realm ... His Palace... Back to Payne...
Malice noticed how Lord Vishious seemed to be somewhere else in his thoughts. He couldn't help but notice how the forest around them seemed to also feel the intense, dangerous aura that was coming from Lord Vishious.
Everything was dead silent, and not even the air around them seemed to dare move. Lord Vishious even seemed to take away the little light that the forest held and drew it to him, making a glow seem to outline around his formidable form. Making him the only thing that was clearly visible.
Malice couldn't help but wonder if he had made a mistake in accompanying Lord Vishious into the forest, alone. ' I should've just allowed Vishious to talk to me and say whatever he had to say inside the Palace. I was too hasty in my decision making and too quick to say yes to this Demon Lord on his terms.' He said to himself in his mind.
The silence that had come to settle around them, seemed to have stretched a long while before Vishious finally interrupted it by saying, " I'm not sure if you're aware of the two different kinds of Night Creatures there are? So I'll just fill you in on some things." Vishious once again started walking, making it to where Malice walked behind him as he spoke. He then stopped about 5 feet in front of Malice before he slowly turned around to fully face the hybrid before he continued to speak, " The Shriekers, are the ones who like you said, are the lower level Night Creatures that go out every night to eat and wreak havoc during the nighttime hours. They all look pretty much the same, with little to no individualarity visible that make it easy to tell one from the other. They're powerful and bloodthirsty, but they also don't have unique strengths or abilities from any of the others.
Vishious paused for a brief second and seeing that he had Malice's full attention he then continued,
The Night Creatures that are the Shadowers and that belong to the higher level demons however are much different than their lower level demon kind. The Shadowers are the ones who primarily are my Generals and Commanders in my Kingdom. They are more skilled and advanced in every way, far surpassing The Shriekers. They possess more Powers and abilities and they also don't resemble each other.
The Shadowers are unique when it comes to their appearance because they have not just one but two forms that they take. They have their Demon form and will usually stay in their natural form while they're in our own Realm and stay in Sprague." Vishious had a tone now as he spoke that was flat and dark. He wanted to try and get to the point that he knew this hybrid Kamaira would find to be very interesting. He would let Malice learn the other details of The Night Creatures that he was leaving out, to figure out on his own later on.
He looked at Malice without taking his eyes off of him even once as he spoke. Wanting to see the reaction to the new information that he was about to reveal and give to the hybrid.
Lord Vishious than took a couple steps towards Malice and his eyes couldn't hide the evil, glint that now was clear to see come to them and a deadly smile slowly started to form on his beautiful lips.
Malice felt uneasy since they had arrived here, and this look that Vishious was now displaying was more than a little unsettling to Malice. Vishious stopped when he came to stand just inches in front of Malice. His eyes held a devilish laughter and his smile was dark and held an evil purpose behind it. "What is it that you're dying to tell me, Lord Vishious?" Malice asked. His voice came out sounding more anxious and quiet then he meant it to, but he knew that this must be the reason why he had wanted to talk to him so badly.
Malice couldn't help but feel anxious, a little curious, and guarded as to what it was. "The Shadowers, can also take on a human form!" Vishious' look was unsettling and the look in his eyes right now made him appear that much more fearful than usual.
"Human form?", Malice repeated those words that came out barely a whisper. He felt as if his head was spinning and the ground beneath him became suddenly uneven and unsteady. "Did Slayer not ever mention this little detail to you? Hmmm.. I wonder why that would be? Perhaps, I suppose it could be that he may not have known this information about my Night Creatures. But, I don't believe that to be the case but I guess you can ask him yourself about it." Vishious was still standing in front of Malice with his mischievous smile still showing on his face as he spoke and his eyes held the amusement that Malice was in such a situation to be mocked and he was enjoying it. He then continued to say, " After all haven't you been nothing but loyal and faithful to my dear little brother? I can't honestly think of a reason as to why he wouldnt have let you know this information?" Vishious was clearly provoking.
Making it a point to try turning things to sound as if Slayer had purposely withheld from telling things to Malice with malicious intent. For Malice, everything around him went quiet And Vishious' words seemed to be muffled, not really registering to him as to what it was that Vishious was trying to provoke and stir within him.
Everything around him just seemed to go quiet and he was at a complete loss at the moment. Vishious noticed this and he couldn't hold back the dark chuckle that escaped his throat.
"Some Secrets can come as quite a shock to find out", He slowly circled Malice and when he came to stand just right behind Malice's right shoulder, he broke the silence and brought Malice out of his momentary daze by saying, " Well, im going to need you to decide on what it is you're going to do now?"
Malice snapped back to his senses and turned his head quickly to look at Vishious who was still standing just a little behind him.
