After Chara fainted, Shifter held her in princess carry and teleported away to Swap's house, put her on a sofa and gave her a lap pillow transforming into~ SWAP OVERTALE SANS! (Human)

Frisk was flabbergasted by his transformations, she thought that Shifter was a crude monster, an anomaly that would eat Chara alive but instead of doing that he transformed into a handsome young guy with sparkling star shaped eyes, with a similar armor and clothes as Blueberry
"Who the hell is he?" Frisk wondered out loud
"Shifter, nice to meet ya" Shifter winked at Frisk
Frisk blushed faintly and looked away, she hated to admit but she loved blueberry and more so his human version
After a few seconds she realised that he answered her question even though she's a ghost
"Y-you can see me?" Frisk was shaken, so far the only person that answered her was Chara and although Frisk suspected that Sans saw her too because of his line "Papyrus, that's a human right?" it was still unexpected
"Not only see ya but also hear ya" After saying that Shifter went into his thoughts
'Not only see me but also hear me... This is the best day of my life!' Frisk was happy
'Hehe, that would be fun' Shifter suddenly teleported away to unknown location
"Huh?! Where'd he go?" Frisk was expecting Sans to stay because he gave Chara a lap pillow
Several minutes passed and Papyrus's door opened
"This'll be alot of fun.." Shifter said to himself
"What?" Frisk didn't hear what Shifter said thus she asked him
"You'll see" Saying that he once again gave Chara lap pillow
After getting more comfortable he took out Marker and started drawing on Chara's face, Frisk was also giggling on the side while looking at Chara
Another few minutes later Frisk had her face scribbled on by the master artist Shifter himself! She had bigger eyebrows, a mustache eyes drawn on her eyelids and finally a third eye on her forehead
Shifter was proud of himself even though he shouldn't be
Suddenly Chara opened her eyes and jumped up almost hitting foreheads with Shifter, if not for his Sans reflexes, they would 100% hit their foreheads
"Aaah! A-a monster!" Chara screamed out full of fright
"Well, pff, there are alot of monsters in the underground, gh, aren't there?" Shifter was barely holding his laughter back
"H-huh?" Chara finally noticed that there was someone with her and that she wasn't on the snow but a sofa
She turned around and her gaze turned blank for a few seconds, she was not expecting another human
She observed him more carefully and identified him as Blueberry but as a human!
"B-blue?! How are you a human?" Chara was clearly shocked
"Huh? Blue? Who're you talkin' about?" Shifter was acting clueless
"You of course!" Chara was puffing her cheecks not taking any lies
"Okay, okay, gee kid, but I still ain't blue kid, I don't like men" Shifter had a smirk
"...Was that a joke?"
"Heh, not a fan of bad jokes huh" Shifter calmed down and put out his hand for a handshake
"I'm Shifter, nice to meet ya"
"Shifter? Never heard of you" It was completely normal for Chara to answer like that, not even once in any timeline had she heard of someone called Shifter
"That's cause I ain't from here" Shifter smiled
"Huh?" Chara wasn't expecting that answer
"Then where from?"
"I'm from... Far away, more importantly how about we get you back to the forest now that you're awake? Wouldn't wanna mess up the script, would ya?"
Chara thought for a moment and agreed
Shifter teleported Chara away but right at that moment someone came into the house
"Mweh?! a human?!"
