"Why do you have that awful stench on you?"
Yuyui was still processing the figure's appearance when the words knocked the air out of her lungs. The intent carried in the question hit her hard, like a slap on her soul; which might have been the only reason Yuyui was able to take her eyes off the figure's long face, so beautiful it was hard to tell if it was male or female. Large green eyes, a high, narrow nose, thin lips, all unique but sharp, pointed at the Unlimited Star.
The figure's entire body gave off a bright glow, as though they were a cousin of the sun. Yuyui remembered Gylliard having that same sacred glow.
Fortus turned to Yuyui, confused, and asked the figure. "Stench?"
The figure looked impatiently at him and then zoned out, speaking to themselves. "This either means Thyrgga lied to me or some new information has come to light." They turned back to Fortus. "That geezer better pray I conclude it's the latter."
