Just so you know, I've finally defeated the cursed writer's block that slowed me down during this arc, and the arc is already fully completed on Patreon and Ko-fi.
I've already started writing the next arc, and the chapters are coming out at a record speed! We're also incredibly close to a huge milestone… only 18 chapters left before this novel reaches Chapter 1000!
Can you believe it? 1000 chapters… That's insane.

Back where Roger's Pirates were gathered aboard the Oro Jackson's art store, Rayleigh was still gazing admiringly at the scene of Luffy sweeping through the plaza with his Conqueror's Haki.
"I see that your counterpart has an amazing talent for training, in addition to the ability to make the most beautiful empress in the world fall in love with you. I didn't expect you to be gifted in training as well."
Roger smiled, giving Rayleigh a thumbs-up.
"You're bringing that up again? Are you jealous, even though you have Rouge-san?" Rayleigh teased.
"Shut up, man! She might hear you…"
Roger trembled as he looked behind him in fear that Rouge might be nearby. Luckily, she was behind the bar counter, working gracefully as a goddess of the store.
Roger sighed in relief. He had no idea how his wife would react if she ever learned he once tried to flirt with one of her coworkers in the past.
"Hahaha! Even the Pirate King knows fear." Rayleigh laughed, then turned his focus back to the manga page, the chaotic battle had already begun.
"It looks like all of their skills have grown stronger," Gaban commented after seeing Robin create massive legs with her ability, crushing enemies beneath her feet, and Franky's new invention, the Soldier Dog System, which allowed even the weaker members of the crew to fight safely in large-scale battles.
"It's nice to see the crew having some fun before the real stage begins," said one of Roger's crewmates, Spencer, smiling.
He was right — in his eyes, the crew was only warming up. The real stage awaited them in the New World.
"I'm glad to see those rebellious bastards finally being dealt with," said Sunbell, one of Roger's Fish-man crewmates, grinning widely.
Being a Fish-man himself, this arc interested him far more than it did the others. He'd been waiting for a moment where he could truly relate, but unfortunately, it seemed he'd have to wait for Roger's crew to appear in the manga before he could live that moment.

"These guys really are incredible!!"
"The ten of them are taking on a hundred thousand enemies without breaking a sweat!!"
The civilian spectators stood frozen in awe and disbelief.
"Straw Hat!!"
"Boss Jimbei!!"
"Straw Hat!!"
Their cheers erupted in unison moments later.
"Ignorant fools…" sneered Zeo.
"They're really getting on my nerves…" grumbled Hody, annoyed by the noisy crowd.
"Kraken!! Enter the plaza!!" he ordered indifferently.
"There are only ten of them, Kraken!! Crush them underfoot!! Put an end to this farce!!!" He had absolute faith in his trump card.
"Oh no, he's sending the legendary Kraken!"
The crowd screamed in terror again.
"No matter how strong those Straw Hats are… that thing can crush them like dolls!!"
They believed the Straw Hat crew stood no chance against the legendary Kraken.
"Gyahahaha!! Let's see how you handle the master of the depths!!"
"Yeah! It's that guy! The crazy Kraken!!"
"That guy's so strong, it's criminal!"
The New Fish-man Pirates laughed wickedly.
"What are you waiting for?! Let me out there!!" Hody shouted at the Kraken.
"I brought you all the way to the northernmost reaches for this express purpose! So fight for me, slave!!!" Of course, Hody viewed the Kraken as nothing more than his slave.
"Ah!"
"Hey, Surume!!"
"Can I ride you again? You were our pet before, remember?!"
"We're friends!!" Luffy shouted cheerfully when he saw Surume.
Upon seeing Luffy, the Kraken became thrilled and roared joyfully in the plaza.
"Aaaaaa ghhhh hhHh!!"
"The Kraken switched sides!!!"
"Stop that, Kraken!! You stupid squid!!"
"Go for it, Surume!!!" Luffy, riding atop Surume, laughed and urged him to continue the charge.
"Captain Hody!! Save us!!" Hody's subordinates cried for help.
Seeing this scene, veins bulged on Hody's furious forehead.

Near Fish-man Island, a massive Kraken gazed curiously at the island.
"Do you want to see it too, Surume?"
Rob sat on the giant creature's back as he suddenly asked.
The legendary Kraken nodded happily, as meek and obedient as a lamb before Rob.
Not long ago, Rob had found the Kraken, tamed it with ease, and brought it here. It had been just a passing thought — and as usual, once an idea popped into Rob's head, he simply acted on it, no matter how crazy it sounded.
"Then let's see how many Art Points a legendary creature like you can give me after reading my manga."
Rob smiled and waved his hand. A massive manga volume appeared before Surume, who eagerly grabbed it with his tentacles and began flipping through the pages. Soon, he reached the scene of his own appearance, and then the moment when Hody Jones summoned him to the plaza.
Rob grinned as a surge of Art Points flowed toward him at that exact moment.

Inside the art store, the Fishmen cheered excitedly as they watched Luffy having the time of his life riding the Kraken while Hody fumed in anger.
"Hahaha! How does it feel when your own weapon turns against you, Hody? Nyuu~" Hatchi laughed right in Hody Jones's face, whose expression twitched with rage.
Hatchi was deeply irritated by Hody's counterpart in the manga, who had nearly killed his own version mercilessly.
"You talk about my counterpart as if that's me… I don't care! He doesn't represent me! How many times do I have to say it?!" Hody yelled, frustrated. He wanted to leave the place, but ever since that man had appeared here, the idea vanished completely. He simply couldn't go far.
Even now, that man wasn't around, yet the sheer pressure he felt from Otohime, who was sitting there smiling, kept him frozen in place.
"Stop, Hatchi. Don't provoke him," Fisher Tiger spoke again.

"How long do you think this battle will last? Zehahahaha!!"
On Jaya Island; where outlaws and pirates on the run from relentless hunters gathered, Blackbeard and his crew, cloaked to hide their identities, were reading the current volume.
"There aren't many pages left, so it's obvious, it won't last long," Shiryu said, glancing at the remaining thickness of the manga volume.
"Then let's not stay here too long. I don't want that crazy Whitebeard catching up to us again," Teach muttered.
He was still haunted by nightmares of Whitebeard's endless pursuit.
But of course, he wasn't about to give up reading the manga just because of that chase… was he?
