Elder Dut said, "The cause of the Death Vortex outbreak has not yet been fully investigated. We noticed that someone intruded into the Source of Death area beneath the Death Vortex at the time of the incident. The two guards protecting the Source of Death disappeared. This is definitely not a simple accident."
"Elder," someone stood and said, "I have some speculation. We observed that the prison riot occurred very close in time to the Source of Death incident. This may be related to the Nether Emperor."
