Another rule is for dealing with the pests: if pests appear in one area, the guards from neighboring areas without pests must come to assist!
The squad members superficially agree to this, but when trouble actually arises, who would really care?
Not to mention, if they went to help and their own area got infested afterward and they couldn't handle it, wouldn't they be harming themselves?
Why would they do such a thankless task!
