"Miss Robinson, you're back."
In front of the villa, the servants warmly welcomed Alice Robinson home.
Alice felt guilty at heart and awkwardly smiled at the servants, then asked Elsa, "Are Chester and Rachel both at home?"
Elsa took Alice's luggage and said, "Mr. Robinson went to the office, Rachel is at home."
Just as Elsa finished speaking, a sweet and innocent voice came, "Mommy!"
"Rachel."
Her daughter charged into Alice's arms from the hall.
Alice knelt down and hugged her daughter tightly, self-blame and longing brought tears to her eyes, and she kept kissing her daughter's cheeks.
Rachel slowly released Alice, and her big, round, black eyes gazed at Alice with grievance, "Mommy, you're finally back... I was so afraid you wouldn't come back."
Alice stroked her daughter's little head, "Silly girl, how could Mommy not come back? Even if Mommy had an argument with Daddy, Mommy would never leave Rachel."
