"Cloud... that thing..." - Shea said as her ears twitched because she could hear something inside the huge ice titan.
"ROAR!" - the titan roared fiercely as ice golems started running in its direction.
"Don't even think about it, Cloud," Yue said as she noticed how Cloud was looking around, "We just have to keep moving forward together."
Cloud shook his head before exchanging his pistol for a shotgun - "Ok, if that's the way things are, then there's no choice but to fight, although you're going to have to put in more effort."
"Obvious" - replied Tio as she began to recite an incantation - "[Volcanic Area]"
The dragon woman stamped her foot heavily as she concentrated the heat of the false sun on her sole to create an incandescent area that quickly began to increase in temperature.
The ice golems quickly retreated, though the icy titan continued to advance against them, ignoring the rising heat.
"Good job, Tio," Cloud said as he increased the intensity of his igneous barrier.
Yue narrowed her eyes as a huge grin appeared on her small lips, after all, her preparations were ready - "Tera Flare!"
A deep silence pervaded the place, it even seemed as if time had frozen, only for after a few seconds, a huge wave of igneous power spewed out from Yue, devastating everything in its path.
Remia let out a cry of surprise as she felt this magical wave pass through her body, more as the ice golems began to explode one after another - "What magic was that?"
"Oh, that was [Tera Flare], one of the most powerful fire magics, normally it's not too difficult to conjure, however, this maze prevents me from transforming my mana into igneous power, that's why I took advantage of the barrier Cloud created, along with Tio's warm area, and the artificial sun to be able to complete the spell" - Yue answered as she watched the golems continue to disappear, in fact, the igneous wave had already managed to cover the entire room, leaving only one enemy in the place, the huge ice titan that was roaring in his direction, possibly because of the damage the spell had caused him.
Cloud raised an eyebrow, though he had to admit that this had made things a little too easy, though it wasn't as if it should come as a surprise knowing that Yue was a monster when it came to control over magic.
"Anyway, it's time to end this," Cloud said seriously as he took aim with his shotgun and fired with all his remaining mana.
*Bang!
The loud sound of the shotgun blast echoed through the place, though to the group's surprise, the ice titan only retreated a few steps despite the gaping hole produced by the shot showing on its body.
"Cloud, I can feel two cores moving inside that thing, the third one you blew up" - Yue said seriously as she watched the ice titan regenerate rapidly.
"Tch, I knew it wouldn't be that easy" - Cloud muttered as he narrowed his eyes - "Sorry, I can't shoot again, I've used almost all my mana".
"Don't worry, we'll take care of this" - said Tio as she watched Shea crack her knuckles - "Do you want to do it yourself?"
"Yeah, let's just say I'm still furious that I let myself be influenced by that voice, that's why I want to release some steam" - Shea answered honestly - "Besides, we need someone to manage to keep the heat barrier around us, and Cloud-san, along with Yue-san, spent almost all their mana in their last attacks"
"Umu, you're right" - nodded Tio as she looked at the others - "What do you guys think, are you going to join Shea-san?"
"I'm going to stay here to give the necessary support" - Kaori answered seriously - "Remia-san is still recovering, so it's better if she doesn't participate"
Remia nodded weakly at these words, this was true after all.
"Come on, Shea-san, I'll help you because I also have a few issues to resolve with that voice..." - Shizuku said with fury in her eyes.
Shea nodded and the two of them walked towards the enraged icy titan.
"We can only wait," Cloud muttered as he took a long breath because he had to admit that since he had recovered from the magical coma, he was much weaker than he remembered, or at least he tired more easily.

"Ready, Shizuku-san?" - Shea asked with her huge hammer over her shoulder.
"Of course, we start whenever you want" - Shizuku replied neutrally, her Katana was being covered by a thin layer of blue flames, which were produced by a mixture of her natural mana and the magic circuitry within the Japanese sword.
Shea grinned wildly as his hammer was covered by a curtain of flames similar in colour to the katana - "Then let's go crazy."
Shizuku nodded before rushing at the huge creature, who quickly responded with a firm blow.
The young Japanese girl leapt backwards to dodge the attack, only to use the momentum to increase her speed.
The icy titan roared fiercely as it retracted its arms, though it quickly noticed one detail, and that was that the rabbit-woman was running over them, slamming her arms with every step she took, and in the process, creating cracks on her colossal limb.
Shizuku took advantage of the distraction to approach the monster's underside and use her new retractable spiked boots to run up the creature's icy legs. This equipment was created by Cloud during the journey into the labyrinth because he was sure they could be useful, and were designed to be able to stand firm on any surface, as long as the wearer had the mana to activate them.
The ice titan let out a roar of fury as he used his other hand to try and catch Shea, but the little rabbit woman was extremely quick and slippery, slipping through his fingers and running from this arm to repeat what she did with the first.
The huge icy monster was beginning to recognise the danger it was in, so it quickly let out a new roar that shook the room.
Shea fell to the ground when this happened, though he landed without much trouble, while Shizuku kept climbing as if nothing had happened, though his expression changed when he saw the creature's body begin to shake as well, showing that something was about to happen.
"Get out of there, Shizuku!" - Cloud exclaimed cautiously, after all, there was a chance that the ice titan would self-destruct, causing the death of everyone nearby.
Shizuku nodded when she heard the blonde's advice, and quickly ran to Shea when she landed.
The two girls saw how the titan was starting to glow, so they hid behind a pillar of semi-melted ice.
The titan continued to glow until the sound of an explosion echoed.
Cloud's group braced themselves for the impact, though they quickly realised that this was not what they thought, for it was the titan's body that had exploded, and pieces of it began to fall to the ground.
Shea and Shizuku looked in the direction of the monster, noticing how it seemed to have shrunk in size and all the accumulated damage had disappeared, as if nothing had happened.

Cloud was silent because he hadn't expected something like this, a thought that the other people in the group seemed to be sharing.
"This is bad," Yue said with a frown, "That thing is immortal if it's just the two of them you're going to be hitting it..."
Tio frowned when she heard this because it was true, even if she didn't want to admit it, Shizuku and Shea wouldn't have enough power to be able to eliminate that monster, not to mention that message of [Second Evolution], it made her think that it was possible that there was a third, or even a fourth evolution.
Cloud looked at his hands with a frown because it was obvious that he wanted to help, but the mana he had managed to recover was so little that even if he tried to use it to create a warm zone, and thus eliminate that thing's advantage, it would be useless because first he would have to cancel that monster's [Subzero] ability.
"What do you think we should do, Cloud?" - Remia asked helplessly because she wasn't doing anything.
"For now, I think it's a good idea for us to take a break to recharge our mana" - answered Cloud as he let out a sigh - "Now I curse that I haven't found a way to recover our mana in a stable way."
"Well, it's not like you're an alchemist to create potions" - said Yue while shaking her head - "On second thought, I think that would be a good idea, if one of us managed to become an alchemist."
