The Orc Empire has always been at odds with the human empire, and the main reason for this never-ending hostility is that Orcs consider humans as nothing more than food.
For them, attacking humans is nothing more than going out on a hunt for food; it's just basic biology and their natural instincts.
But this is something no human would accept, and they will always retaliate fiercely.
Even during the times of King Allen, there were many problems created by the Orc race that caused many unnecessary casualties.
But you can't just destroy an entire race just because of their eating habits.
Orcs and humans can never be friends, but that doesn't mean King Allen would have wiped out the Orc race off the face of the earth.
If he had done such a deed, he wouldn't have been able to establish the world alliance, as that would have made him biased towards the human empire, and many nations would not have listened to him after that.
