He knew well where he could light a candle, yet separating from the woman was something he refused to do. Zeleskiaz doubted… but later, he intertwined his hands with hers. Moving with her as she followed and only releasing her to light the candle.
She observed curiously and blinked innocently once he turned to illuminate her.

Clearly, her rosy cheeks, milky skin and long strands seemed to change the chambers he only came for sleep into an idyll. Her eyes of soft anthracite, reflected the light of the flame, making it warmer… yet her gown was still dishevelled, even though she tried to fix it earlier.
Leaving the candle aside he gently fixed the cloth she did not mind. Resting his hands over her shoulders to apologise again.
"I am sorry if my actions surprised you… I was not in my right mind, my lady."
"It's fine… I was surprised but… I was not against it either."
