[Unknown place in the depths of a forest]
{POV Narration}
The trees stretched all the way up to the sky, their leaves protecting the rays of the sun from entering the premise, although some still found their way in, illuminating parts of the area.
Animals may be observed peacefully associating with others and enjoying a peaceful time together while feeding near the large food supply covering the various bushes of the forest.
Then some of them began to hear a humming sound, a quiet tune that resonated and moved through the forest surrounding them, creating an even more soothing atmosphere.
The animals were calmly listening to the pleasant hum, which caused a couple of them to fall asleep and forget their problems as the soothing sound reverberated through their ears.
They were so engrossed that they didn't notice the quiet footsteps approaching from behind one of the trees.
It was a person, more particularly a youthful and gentle woman with a basket, who had unexpectedly appeared, much as a fairy would to observe the lovely mother nature.
She resembled a fallen angel, clad in an all-black dress with little flowers and a light blue sash with a purple tint at its extremities around her stomach area. Her hair was entirely black, like a starry night when there is a new moon in the sky. One thing to note was that she had a purple mist encircling her feet, giving the sense that she was floating rather than touching the soil.
Every time she walks, the grass beneath her feet becomes tinged with a purple haze with microscopic specks of light, but it returns to its usual hue after a few seconds.
She was also wearing long tassel brush pendant earrings that flapped in the light breeze, and her forehead had a peculiar marking, most likely a kind of flower.
She had gorgeous white skin; her face was extremely beautiful, and a small smile was plastered on her lips. Anyone who saw her would go insane and regard her as an unparalleled beauty.
Which isn't anything but the truth.
"Father and mother are so needy, they could've easily come in here and fetched the herbs for making tea, but now I'm here doing their task while I was having a peaceful time back at our mansion's flower garden." Sighing deeply and pouting slightly, an indignant voice resounded across the trees.
But recalling her mother's face as if it were apologizing to her caused the young girl to chuckle.
She's going through the forest at a leisurely pace, delighting in the gorgeous environment and the pleasure it gives her.
She'd been here for nearly 3 hours, having left her house to come here and get some plants for tea, but she also took her time admiring the flowers surrounding her.
She begins to listen to the sound of a nearby waterfall while humming. She's pretty familiar with this area, so she arrived quickly.

[A couple of minutes later]
The atmosphere was extremely relaxing. All one could hear was the splashing of water. The fish below swam freely, occasionally raising their heads to listen to the girl's sweet voice, which produced a soothing symphony combined with the lake's noise.
"Oh, there they are!" The girl smiled as she began to stroll towards a tiny, private area near the waterfall.
She then went on to gather a portion of the herbs she need.
But this time, she felt a shiver run down her spine. Cold crept over her; pressure was rising in her heart, and suddenly she heard a tremendous boom.
*Rumble*
She hurriedly stuffed the plants into the little basket she was holding.
Leaving the hollow, secluded spot she was in, she heard the shaking rumbling noise once more. Looking upwards, she noticed ominous thunder clouds flowing over the wide sky, abruptly transforming the dazzling day into a black night.
That took her by surprise because the sky was plainly clear when she was just outside.
"This makes no sen-"
*RUMBLE*
In response to her doubts, lightning began to form and charge within the dark clouds, and the animals in the surrounding area all fled, fearful of the impending thunderstorm.
The bursts of light filled the whole sky at irregular intervals of time, giving the region the impression that immense destruction was on the way.
*KABOOM*
A bolt of lightning hit and devastated the ground. A tremendous reverberation boomed across the region, leaving a deep burnt mark on the grass.
The girl stared in wonder at mother nature's raw force, realizing that this was not your typical storm.
She couldn't be more right.
*Crack*
The sky appeared to have sustained a minor fracture in the center of the thunderstorm, which by the time the little girl saw the bizarre incident it had expanded and began to devour the neighboring clouds, creating a vortex of them.
The girl couldn't help but feel uneasy as she saw everything crumble in front of her eyes. Having a hunch things wasn't quite right.

Something that, by all reasoning, should not have happened.
The fracture now had numerous more lines emanating from its sides, distorting space even further. Until it couldn't take it any longer.
*BOOM*
A thunderous blast of air shook the region, causing heaven and earth to tremble.
The void shattered, exposing a swirling red hole with a terrifying aura. But that was not the end of it.
Soon later, a massive meteorite appeared in front of the girl's eyes, stunning her. It was falling at breakneck speed, and the hole in the sky had vanished. Its appearance and presence faded off the face of the earth.
While the massive boulder started falling, the entire world was enveloped in a dazzling crimson glow.
When she saw that the meteor was going to hit the ground, she hid in a nearby boulder, bracing herself for the impact.
*BOOOOOOOOM*
As a result of the massive explosion, the earth ruptured and trees were entirely decimated and sent soaring all the way above. The wind howled with fury. The flying debris shattered the neighboring trees, leaving just the trunks.
Because of the wind, leaves flew away and were now dispersed all over the place.
In a region that was once teeming with life, total devastation was left. And all that is left is a charred, gaping crater.
The only thing that remained was a large meteor lodged in the ground.
If anyone looked closely, you'd see that the large chunk of rock had a subtle red glow to it.

[A few minutes later]
*Cough*
A low voice was heard, and it belonged to the black-haired girl. She was sent flying along with the boulder a few meters away, but she sustained no injuries at all.
"What the hell just happened? What exactly was that thing?!" Those were the only words she could come up with.
"Yue'er! Are you alright?!" Another voice came from behind her, as she looked at the sky and saw a bright purple figure.
"Mother!" The young girl responded with a wave of her hands, assuring her mother that she was alright.
When the faraway figure saw that her daughter was safe, she breathed a sigh of relief and arrived at the place. She quickly held her precious little child into a tight hug after doing so.
She had spotted the abnormal phenomenon right exactly where she and her husband had sent her to search for herbs. She raced over to check on her daughter, feeling an ominous premonition.
She noticed the massive red hole that opened in the sky while flying, and her eyes widened in disbelief when she saw an enormous meteor come out of it, illuminating the entire sky red and hitting the earth below.
So she wasted no time and dashed in that direction at full speed, even turning back into her original form for a stronger burst.
"Yue'er, what happened here? What caused that gigantic hole to appear in the sky like that?" While hearing her mother, the young girl named Li Ming Yue began to describe everything to her mother, from beginning to end.

"How could such a bizarre event have happened? I wish I was here instead of you. Your father and I are deeply sorry." In a regretful tone, the mother stated.
This would not have happened if she had been the one to come and harvest the herbs. Something like this was nothing to be afraid of with her strength.
"Mother, it's not yours nor father's fault! I was the one who agreed to come here." Yue rushed through her words. An incident of this magnitude could not have been predicted.
"Luo Lan! Yue'er! Are you both alright?" Yet another voice sounded in the distance.
"Father!" When she saw her father's silhouette appear in the sky, the young girl exclaimed.
"Hmph! You stupid thing, just now you arrived? Aren't you supposed to be the fastest among us? How could you have not arrived sooner when my precious daughter was in danger?" The mother, Luo Lan, responded furiously, sneering at her husband's inefficiency.
"But you hit me when you sensed Yue'er was in danger and called me a smelly man before rushing to here.." The other person said weakly in a respectful voice.
He knows that angering his wife is tantamount to wishing for death, so he tried to be careful with his remarks.
"What did you say?" The wife gave him a stern stare, her eyes glinting with a scarlet glint.
*Gulp*
The husband couldn't stop sweating profusely. If he said anything now, his wife would most certainly beat him and force him to sleep on the couch.
"You two... This is not the time for your shenanigans, look! The smoke surrounding the strange rock is dissipating!" The husband and wife exchanged another look at their daughter while taking a serious look at the place far away from them.
The haze that had surrounded the large meteor had almost completely dispersed. Red lightning could be seen radiating from it, as well as little crystals dyed in red all over it.
"This..." The guy squinted his eyes, warily peering at the crimson meteor.
"What exactly is this feeling? These red sparkles appear to be dangerous to the touch. Look what it did to the grass." When she peered down at the grass beneath the massive rock, the woman issued a serious statement.
The beautiful green grass that had formerly been there had turned dark. On contact, it felt as if the meteor had consumed its life energy.
*Crack*
Their thoughts were interrupted when they heard the sound of an egg cracking. When they focused their attention on the red meteor, fractures appeared around it.
"It's actually cracking?" The husband and wife duo said it at the same time.
The young girl was likewise intrigued since she had never witnessed anything like it in her life.
'What is inside of it?' She pondered.
The red meteor then exploded in a loud boom. As the crystals surrounding it were reduced to dust and scattered in red light, its debris had dropped to the earth below.
They could see a dazzling figure floating within what appeared to be a little small bed made of a weird metal from the inside. It was sitting cross-legged with its eyes closed.
"Huh?!" When they saw something they weren't expecting, all three of them gasped in surprise and astonishment.
What was really within the meteor was...
