The USTC High-Tech Park is a major innovation hub with a massive investment, occupying about 595 mu of land and a total construction area of approximately 480,000 square meters.
Besides serving as a campus for graduate students, its greater mission lies in technology industry incubation.
The entire park houses multiple national-level research platforms, over 30 institute/provincial/ministerial-level platforms, alongside various corporate research divisions.
This is an even more elite zone than the industrial high-tech district, and it's also the 'tech heart' Lu Prefecture is building for the next thirty years.
However, this park is quite a distance away from USTC's main campus, making travel a real hassle. Fortunately, Xu Yun had already clearly defined the internal roles within the company long ago:
Day-to-day operations are overseen by Gu Qunqing, while he himself focuses on research and final decision-making.
