Chapter 8 - (08) first date " part 1"

SUNNY – POV (Edited)

I'm at the bus station, waiting. My chest aches. What's happening to me? Black… he's the first man I've ever had physical contact with. I panicked when I felt my cock hard—it was painful. I can't think about anything else. All I see is him: his eyes, his touch. I have to stay away.

At my new home, I find Gloria sleeping on the couch. I try to wake her.

"Lori, get up! Why are you sleeping here?"

"I was waiting for you. I was going to come get you, but I fell asleep."

"You don't have to wait for me. You should be sleeping in your bed."

"It's okay. I'm going now. Do you want to have breakfast together?"

"I can't. I have to be at work before 7."

"Wow… so early?"

"They offer double salary if I arrive at 7."

"Then you need to catch some sleep. It's already 2."

"Okay… good night."

My life has changed so much in two weeks. Jiji won't believe it when she gets back. I've tried calling her every day, but she doesn't answer. I hope she's okay and having fun. If I were in a better situation, I'd go to my dream vacation destination… Fiji.

I have to sleep. I don't want to make a bad impression on my first day.

At the café, I panic. Everyone knows my name. The owner didn't even look at me on my test day, even when I said good morning. But today… he gives me a bro hug. Everything becomes clear when he tells me that the minute Mr. Black comes in, I must leave anything I'm doing to assist him. So, Black is the reason I even got this job. Maybe I should leave, but I can't afford the luxury of letting my ego get in the way.

Then I see him. He opens the door in his black suit, which seems made only for him.

"Good morning. My name is Black Claude. And you are?"

"Good morning, sir. I'm Sunny. Your black coffee will be ready in no time."

"You don't want some… movement before?"

Hhhh… maybe he's not so bad.

"If I say yes… you'll move your hips for me?"

"I'm learning lap dance. If you're interested, maybe I can give you a private dance. Won't cost much—I'm not professional yet."

"What about a cupcake?"

"Make it two, and I'll give you a pool dance."

"Wow… where is Mr. Black? What did you do to him? Are you some spirit or alien? You take his body? Just tell me—I'll help you, no one will find out."

"Was I that bad?"

"Sorry… but yes, you were the worst."

"I think I deserve this."

"Your coffee… and two cupcakes."

"I know it… you want the pool dance?"

"Sorry, I don't think it's an interesting show."

"What about dinner? Do you want to go on a date with me?"

"Mr. Black… I don't think it's a good idea. You know nothing about me… and I'm a straight man."

I feel the urge to laugh when I say I'm straight, and his smile makes it even harder to resist.

"Please… I'm the same person you hugged last night. I don't want to be rude and talk about… how hard you were."

"Shut up. I wasn't… You have to go. The workers are staring at us."

"Do you want me to bribe them and fire them?"

"Oh my God… is everything that easy for you?"

"Nothing was easy in my life."

"Yeah… I can see that."

"What about the date? Come on, say yes, and I'll be out of your hair."

"Okay… but I'll be the one to choose the time and place."

"Anything you want. Give me your number and just share the location with me."

"I can't… I'll call you. My phone isn't as smart as yours."

"I'll accept a fax or even a letter in my mailbox."

"It will be a letter… but on your phone. Just write your number here."

"Thank you, Sunny. That makes me very happy."

"Don't be so happy… maybe you'll regret this."

"The only thing that could make me regret it is discovering that you're a serial killer."

"Maybe I should kill you before the date… because you might find my secret."

"Hhh… nice try. I'll be waiting for your message. If anyone asks, tell them to go to hell or ask Black."

"I think they'll choose hell."

"Haha… why are you making it so hard for me? We've been talking for 40 minutes."

"You have to leave before I lose my job on the first day."

"No, you're not. Maybe they'll give you a bonus for making me stay. It's good publicity for the café." I see the owner take a photo of me smiling.

"Are you okay with that?"

"If it means I get some time with you, then I'm more than okay."

"Is this Mr. Black who will make your life hell if I talk about him?"

"You didn't forgive me. I should have known. Sorry… I have to go."

Why did I say that? I'm so stupid.

"Black… wait!"

I hurt him. I'm so stupid. Should I call him?

No… maybe I have to wait some time.

BLACK – POV (Edited)

Maybe I don't have a chance with him. He even said yes to the date just to avoid losing his job. I have to stay away. I need to focus on my work.

I keep to my routine for two days. I'm about to lose my mind. Every time I close my eyes, I see him. The project is huge—bigger than I thought—but I need to finish it. It will make our name known.

"I'm waiting for you in the office to talk about the project."

"Okay, I'll be down in seconds."

I gather my files and computer and head down. Maybe I'm the boss now, but I always consult Dad—he's an amazing businessman.

"I don't want to be in this project. I'll just listen to you."

"Okay, Dad. I'll feel safe knowing you understand what I'm doing."

I set my items down and go to the kitchen for coffee. When I return, my phone is in Dad's hand.

"There's a number calling you."

"Yeah… since yesterday. But you know I don't answer unknown numbers."

"What if it's Sunny? Didn't you tell me you gave him your number?"

Oh my stupid brain…

"Oh my God… what if he thinks I don't want to know him anymore?"

"But you said you didn't want him anymore, and we don't know if it's him calling."

"First, I never said I didn't want him. I said I wouldn't bother him anymore. What do I do?"

"Call the number. If it's not him, block it."

"Yes! You're an amazing dad. I'm going to my room. We'll talk later."

"Hahaha… okay, son. Good luck!"

I run to my room, call the number, and someone answers. He doesn't speak—I stay in silence.

"Black… is that you? I'm so sorry. I didn't mean anything. I want to apologize… I'll never bother you again."

I feel angry at myself for making him think I don't want him.

"Sunny… can we talk on our date?"

"Yes, of course. Do you want to decide when?"

"No… we make a deal, and I never break a deal I make."

"What about today at 7? I'll send you the place."

"Of course. I'll be waiting."

"Goodbye."

"Until I see you."
