Little Taotie opened its mouth, pursed its lips, and didn't shout out.
The word "dad" feels so unfamiliar.
A huge, robust white shadow leaned down, the cool black cloak brushed past Little Taotie's cheek.
Transformed into Little Beast Bai Bai, Little Taotie squinted its eyes, tickled by the itch on its face, it laughed, revealing Little Beast Bai Bai's sharp, cute little teeth.
"Laughing foolishly," the huge white shadow muttered, "so silly and naive, isn't that what humans call simple and sweet? Will it be fooled by bad people when it grows up!"
Thinking that Bai Bai, its silly daughter, might be deceived away by humans, it let out a low growl, gasped through its teeth.
Little Taotie blinked its eyes, feeling a bit timid, thinking that Little Beast Bai Bai's dad was angry because it didn't call him dad. Seeing the white gas coming from his mouth, Little Taotie shrank its neck a bit scared: "Will he really eat me?"
"I... I'm not tasty, don't eat me!"
