Kuro and Tae decided to spar to see what they needed to train right now. they started by competing using ninjutsu.
Tae started the spar by using lightning release: lightning arrow
Kuro countered this with wind release: wind blade
as the two attacks collided there was a stalemate for a brief second until the wind blade cut through the lightning arrow dispersing it. the wind blade continued toward Tae who dodged it.
while Tae dodged the wind blade Kuro used wind release: wind ball
Tae seeing this coming used lightning release: lightning ball to stop it which he did successfully but he missed the wind blade following after it which he barely blocked with darkness release: dark wall.
"you are limited in your ninjutsu as you only know how to use lightning release and a small amount of darkness release jutsu" Kuro
"the only reason you beat me is cause you used wind release which has an advantage against lightning release" Tae
"sure well let's fight with Taijutsu next" Kuro
As they both got into their stances Kuro uses this spar to see how well he can use limitless without six eyes unlocked yet.
as they both lunge at each other Kuro goes for an all-out attack as with limitless he doesn't need to worry much about defending. Tae on the other hand moves to dodge Kuro's attack and retaliates with an uppercut. but Kuro simply uses limitless to block it before he counterattacks with a gut punch. Tae seeing he won't get anywhere fighting like this kicks up some dirt towards Kuro, but it is blocked by Kuro's limitless. however, something small comes through the dirt and hits Kuro in his face, and knocks him to the ground. Kuro gets up sees it is a shadow squirrel and looks at Tae.
"I thought this was going to be a taijutsu fight" Kuro
"so did I but you used limitless so I used fluffy" Tae
"first of all where did you get the squirrel second you really named it fluffy" Kuro
"When I was practicing jutsus and yes you got a problem with that" Tae
"no, not really but we should probably head home as our moms are probably going to notice we left" Kuro
as they both get home they are confronted by their respective mom
"So where were you tonight Kuro?" Luna
"I was out training by the pond where we met my aunt and cousin" Kuro
"you are aware that we are at war with another clan right now and if they found you they would have captured you right?" Luna
"yes I thought that was the reason you followed me out was to protect me from them and how was your talk with aunt Sora's mom?" Kuro
"How did you know I followed you out?" Luna asked curiously.
"you seem to forget that I have limitless and darkness release so my sensing abilities are pretty good" Kuro
"well, it seems you are better at using both limitless and darkness release than I thought and my talk with your aunt was good how was your spar with your cousin?" Luna
"It was pretty good I beat him in ninjutsu but lost to him in taijutsu" Kuro
"well you go take a bath then go to bed as in the morning we will officially be starting your training in darkness release" Luna
"ok mom see you in the morning" Kuro
while Kuro's talk with his mom when well Tae's was not going so well. Tae unlike Kuro didn't have as much of a no secrets kind of relationship with his mom. as soon as Tae walked into his house he was questioned by his mom.
"So where did you go off to tonight?" Sora
"I was out on a walk" Tae lied
"and where did you go out on a walk to perhaps to pond where we met your cousin maybe" Sora
Tae seeing that he had been found out decided to tell her the truth "I went to the pond to meet with Kuro"
"see was that so hard had you been truthful from the beginning I wouldn't have had to increase your training tomorrow" Sora
"wait no please don't I'm sorry I won't do it again" Tae begged
"well maybe if you were truthful in the first place this wouldn't have happened now go take a bath and go to bed and get some sleep your gonna need it for tomorrow" Sora
