"Y-Your Excellency, I'm sorry! I didn't know this person was your woman! This is all a big misunderstanding! You are a magnanimous and great person, while I am just an insignificant insect. Please treat me like a fart and just let it go! I will never do it again!"
Septimus instantly dropped to his knees and desperately pleaded for his life, smashing his head against an invisible pressure in the air as he kowtowed repeatedly.
Vaan was somewhat humored.
After figuring out the general situation, he felt some pity for the spoiled young master. If this person had not taken the wrong path, he could have become a comedian.
"You're sorry?" Vaan smiled with nonchalant mockery and shook his head before his expression suddenly turned chillingly serious. "No, you are just scared."
Septimus felt a chill the moment he sensed the change in Vaan's gaze. It was no different from looking at a dead man. This prompted him to plead for leniency with greater desperation.
