Japanese school.
There are dozens of them in Hua Country, spread across various cities. Hai City alone has two, from elementary to high school.
This school only accepts children of Japanese nationals residing in Hua Country. From the security guards to the cafeteria chefs to the cleaning staff to the maintenance workers, they're all Japanese.
In other words, there isn't a single Hua Country person in the entire school.
Moreover, visits are forbidden, interviews are banned, and curtains are drawn during classes. Only the Japanese children attending know what is taught there.
"What the hell?" Lu Zheng was shocked, "A country within a country? Isn't this illegal?"
Lin Wan shrugged, "They're just having regular classes, not participating in Hua Country's education system, and there are no illegal activities inside. They just don't allow visitors or interviews, so what law would they be breaking?"
