Forming habits could take as little as half a month or as long as half a year, and in my case I formed a few habits relatively early on during this pregnancy that would likely remain even after it passed... and would most likely return the moment I was like this again.
For one I woke up a bit earlier so that I could just... pace around in the closet, browsing the clothes I had but really just keeping my mind focused on random things that intrigued me - like what I wanted to do for the remainder of the day or what I wanted to do later down the line - as I 'loosened' up before the day started.
It was one of the few periods of time where I could confidently and completely say that I was alone and had little worry about someone barging in and causing chaos, so because of that I was cherishing these moments as best I could.
