"That sounds precisely like something a guilty spy would say when caught red-handed," I replied with narrowed eyes and a very serious tone, keeping my grip firm as she dangled above the cobblestones.
"I just came here to visit my cousin, you absolute lunatic!"
"Typical cover story used by infiltrators to throw off pursuers. I genuinely admire your sheer tenacity, but I still don't believe a word of it. I am going to take you directly to the military barracks for thorough interrogation!" I declared, and the Dwarf really started to squirm and thrash around like a hooked fish. "For someone who claims not to be a spy, you seem quite squeamish about going to see the proper authorities. If you truly have nothing to hide from us, then you shouldn't be worried in the slightest, right?"
