Judging from the majestic aura pouring off him, this Administrator was clearly also at the Demigod Level, and even the two Market Guard Captains behind him were the same. As for the other Market Guards, they were all at Half-step Tier 7, likewise not to be underestimated.
In stark contrast to them was our side's Administrator. You had to know, his strength was only at Tier 6 Peak, not even matching the ordinary Market Guards here.
