On the other end of the phone, Mason Quinn chuckled, and slowly said, "Why must Miss Meyer dig so deep?"
"Because I'm the one being used, I ought to know the reason, don't you agree?" Zoe Meyer said.
"Ultimately, it's just because I want to get close to Mr. Allison." Mason Quinn succinctly concluded.
"It's really not surprising." Zoe Meyer was only half convinced.
Speaking of beauties being favored, she was, and so was Charlotte Allison. What Mason Quinn said wasn't entirely false, but it wasn't entirely true either.
Zoe Meyer thought for a moment, quickly recalling everything she knew about Charlotte Allison, realizing it was all information provided by Mason Quinn, except for Charlotte's young boyfriend.
"Mr. Mason Quinn, does Charlotte Allison's young boyfriend, who also shares the surname Quinn, have any blood ties with you?" Zoe Meyer tentatively asked.
