William Howard didn't expect Jenny to be so light. She eats quite a bit, so why is she so weightless?
It's not even the weight he carries during his daily strength training.
With a hint of suspicion, William kneeled down and covered her with a blanket before he was about to leave, when he heard Jenny mumbling something, followed by a smack of her lips, showing signs of waking up. William couldn't figure out why, but he suddenly held his breath, as if afraid of making any noise that might wake her.
Then...
Holding his breath and hunching, supporting himself beside Jenny, William clearly saw her eyelashes, like little fans, flutter slightly, and then she slowly opened her eyes, gazing at him with drowsy confusion. Her pupils dilated slightly, obviously startled by him.
Just as William was about to explain, Jenny shyly bit her lip and said, "Mr. Howard, are you planning to steal a kiss?"
