As the two were talking, there was a slight sound at the lounge window, and a shadow flashed by suddenly.
Charlotte Allison and Caroline simultaneously went on alert.
"I'll get it," Caroline said, agilely flipping over the sofa to shield Charlotte Allison, and charged toward the window.
Charlotte Allison stayed on guard in the back, watching as Caroline opened the window. The figure hiding outside attacked, but Caroline, already prepared, grabbed the person's arm, pulling them in through the window, and swiftly knocked them out, leaving no chance for resistance.
Once the person was knocked out, Caroline flipped them over, puzzled: "This person's skills are lacking."
Charlotte Allison also approached the window and saw that the person, now turned over, was a woman in an evening gown with a delicate appearance.
"It's Miss Lisa," Caroline said.
Charlotte Allison nudged Lisa's clenched hand with her toe and said, "She has something in her hand."
