Sarah Joseph received a message from Martin Fernandez saying he had no class that afternoon and asked her out for lunch, then he could take her to some interesting places to look around.
She had originally made plans with Eason Chalmers and a few others to go have buffet, but she decisively bailed on them, then replied to Martin: [Sure, I'll drive over to pick you up. It'll be more convenient to have a car this afternoon.]
Noon.
Since Martin said they'd be walking around in the afternoon, Sarah's outfit today leaned toward comfy and casual. She gave up her beloved high heels, put on a pair of white sneakers, light-colored jeans, an oversized jacket, slung on a shoulder bag, and did light makeup. While she was waiting for Martin in the campus café, she actually got hit on by some guys from the school who mistook her for a fellow student.
