If Hill knew about the Chromatic Dragons heading to other continents on Toril, he might understand a bit why AO did not send Lalakond back to Aber.
Perhaps, he had once thought of doing so, after all, they are the children of the Nine-Faced Dragon God, causing him much trouble, and were the culprits behind the heavy casualties of the Primordials he once wanted to protect.
AO simply did not want them to experience the good life on Toril.
However, with the Undead Tribe running rampant across the Ferun Great Land, and the Kingdom of Sel cowering in its territory, not daring to take action easily, especially after a certain lord had rounded up all the things that could cause chaos on the continent, he could only use these Giant Dragons to stir up trouble.
