Ivan led me through the grand halls of his castle. I was in awe at how beautiful and dazzling everything was, the beautiful intricate designs and carvings were simply stunning and I couldn't help but compare it to the eerie vibe of my own kingdom. As we walked through the corridors, a sense of deja vu washed over me. The grandeur of the castle felt strangely familiar, as if I had been here before.
But that was preposterous.
That would mean I had left my kingdom and I have never ventured beyond its borders, except my husband of course.
"I see not much of it has changed at all." Azar suddenly spoke and I turned to look at him.
He must have been talking about the time when he was last year. But from what I understood, he was kicked out after his mother gave birth to him.
So why exactly was he here?
He hated this place and the only reason he was here is because of me.
