He thought pam must be busy somewhere else and that's why the class was not under control, but to his surprised when the whole class stopped making noise and there was pin drop silence he heard noise of snoring he walked toward voice and found out it was pam, sleeping peacefully at last bench, he checked her and put his hand on her forehead, he thought she have some health problem so she is sleeping.
Feeling cold hand pam got up and was about to react with anger because no one on this earth dared to make her wake up her and that's why no one in class bothered to wake her up when Karl entered in classroom.
She was about to shout but then she saw it was Karl and her anger turned into tension, she was preparing herself to get punished and insulted in front of whole class but to her surprise he was cool and just asked, "are you ok?"
"Yes, I I mean I am ok but was little bit tired so and I took medicine and so I slept." she was stammering because she was lying, listening to her Karl thought she must be very confused to see him here and must be worried too, that's why she is stammering.
"You should go and take proper rest."Karl said and left the classroom, everyone finally felt like coming out of danger zone because they were aware of what they did and was thinking they made Karl loose his mind, but he reacted calmly. Everyone looked and pam knowing she lied pam rolled her eyes and sat down on her place.
After one minute he came in classroom and sat on chair doing his work, he saw at direction where pam was sitting, he raised his eyebrow and said, "You are still here? Don't you want to go and sleep? Its ok there is just more lecture remaining and you can go."
"No, it's ok, I'm feeling much better now." pam said giving fake smile.
Karl just nodded and focused back on his work.
This behavior of Karl was something that was new. Girls were whispering, "what happened to him, why is he being so nice and it was someone else in place of him, he or she should have made pam regret sleeping in class, she is president and its her responsibility to make class disciplined but this dude is not only letting her go even when it was her mistake and he is here sitting to make class stay silent, other would have forced pam to do her work properly I wonder if he will do same if there was someone else in place of pam, a girl said."

All of them came closed to each other, the girl continued I mean it's just my guess because sir is not that old he is just few year older and I heard that pam take tuition, I mean it's just my guess and nothing else,
Woahh!! All of them understood what she was trying to say and now they were ready to spread this, some of them was jealous too because they had crush on him, he was a person with good looks and good behavior so it was obvious that many girl was willing to be his partner.
