The corrupted Doctor Strange pulled a stunt worthy of the history books—showing Ultron exactly what it meant to open the floodgates for zombies.
An endless tide of undead rained down from the sky, piling into a grotesque mountain that completely buried Ultron. The scene was nothing short of jaw-dropping.
Outside the screen, Natasha's mouth hung open in astonishment. "Stephen is that powerful?!"
Tony was just as stunned. "Gotta admit, he's way stronger than the Stephen I know. And I'm not worried if he hears me say it—because it's obviously true!"
Main-universe Stephen Strange: "…Could you not?"
Back in the video, the zombie horde kept pouring in, forming an enormous mound. Strange's diversion had worked way beyond expectations.
"Whoa, that's awesome!" Thor cheered from the sidelines like a one-man cheer squad.
Stephen Strange murmured, "The one following that horde should keep him busy for a while."
He knew the zombies couldn't truly stop Ultron—no matter how many ants there were, one swat could still wipe them out. But there was a certain heavyweight figure coming along with them. Naturally, the Guardians didn't stick around to watch the fight; they made haste through the time portal.
Moments after they left, a dazzling light erupted from within the zombie mountain. The horde was obliterated in an instant—except for one very special survivor.
"What…?" Ultron looked up to see a wild-haired, floating Zombie Wanda.
Wasting no time, she unleashed a surge of scarlet energy against him. But before long, the mindless Wanda hesitated, as though recognizing the familiar face beneath Ultron's helmet…
It almost looked like Vision—her lover.
That single moment of distraction was all Ultron needed. With a furious burst of power, he decided to end it decisively—by destroying the entire planet.
Outside the screen, Natasha sighed. "Even without one Soul Stone, Ultron can still destroy a planet effortlessly… This isn't looking good."
Tony was more reflective. "Vision… Wanda… What a shame. She must've mistaken Ultron for Vision."
"Vision? You mean the good guy who was supposed to be born in Ultron's body? What's his connection to Wanda?" Natasha asked curiously.
Tony shrugged. "You probably won't believe it—it's another tragically romantic story…"
But the video didn't pause for storytelling.
When Ultron annihilated the planet, the Guardians regrouped in another world—the one the Watcher had carefully chosen: Ultron's home universe.
Gamora and Star lord were already waiting. Seeing Captain Carter arrive, Gamora called out, "You're here? Hand me the Stone."
That's when something ridiculous happened. The two were only a few steps apart, but instead of walking over, Carter tossed the Soul Stone. And, of course, the unexpected happened—
A motorbike rider zipped between them and snatched the Stone mid-ride.
It wasn't some stranger—it was Natasha Romanoff!
She had no idea who these Guardians were. After grabbing the Stone, she pulled a pistol and aimed at them.
Gamora, Thor, and the others readied for a fight, but Carter stepped forward.
She knew Natasha—before the Watcher chose her, the two had been on a mission together, close friends and trusted partners.
After some persuasion, Natasha lowered her guard. But that's when Ultron arrived, seizing Natasha instantly.
Thor, for once, came through—hurling Mjolnir to smash Ultron's grip. Natasha fell, and Strange opened a portal to save her, but the Stone hit the ground in the chaos.
Everyone lunged for it, but Ultron blasted them back. Frustrated, he roared, "I can destroy an entire galaxy with a thought—so why can't I kill you?!"
Enraged, he stopped talking and unleashed his ultimate attack—waves of destructive energy expanding outward from his body, threatening not just the planet but the surrounding cosmos. From space, the world looked on the verge of annihilation.
Viewers outside the screen held their breath. The fainthearted closed their eyes entirely, already picturing the Guardians' complete wipeout and the multiverse's last hope dying with them.
But in the very next instant, something unbelievable happened—
The raging energy didn't explode. Instead, a single hand caught it… and shoved it straight into a mouth.
The energy—enough to destroy a planet, maybe even a galaxy—was eaten in one gulp by the corrupted Doctor Strange.
"Holy shit!"
Outside the screen, Tony, Erik, Bruce, and Homelander all shouted in disbelief at the same time.
Truth be told, Strange had already impressed them to no end during this battle with Ultron. Their respect and expectations for him had been steadily climbing.
And yet, even after all that, they'd still underestimated him.
"Shit! Did I just see him swallow that? That energy could have wiped out entire star systems!"
Tony scratched his head. "What is he, a human nuclear reactor? How the hell is that even possible? That's not science!"
Erik shrugged. "Of course it's not—it's magic. If I recall correctly, this world's Doctor Strange became this powerful by absorbing energy. That's his thing."
Natasha stared, stunned. "You know what? I'm starting to understand Ultron's frustration. He's got six Infinity Stones, Stephen's only got one, and yet Stephen's got him pinned down."
"Not just Stephen—you too," Tony said with a grin.
In the video, after Strange swallowed the apocalyptic blast, Ultron was left momentarily stunned. Then the fight turned into a close-quarters brawl for the Soul Stone.
Natasha and Captain Carter fought in perfect sync, each armed with an unbreakable round shield. They took turns hurling their shields at Ultron, smacking him back and forth like a human punching bag.
Of course, they weren't the only ones contributing—everyone else jumped in too, joining the righteous beatdown without hesitation.
