The Star River Middle Stage creature with hooves wasn't actually that bad, but he happened to be the type that Jia Yan wasn't very afraid of.
Just like opposing attributes, it's a sorrow among strong creatures. Although strength is strength, under the suppression of levels, no amount of opposition can withstand a crushing blow. But if the strengths aren't too dissimilar, it gets a bit frustrating, because someone whose power counters yours, even if weaker, can definitely suppress you in an instant.
Jia Yan's strength already exceeded that of the hoofed creature. Although he was being besieged, with his Subspace Talent, he could dissolve their assault to the greatest extent possible. Hence, this creature, who originally coordinated precisely with the subspace organism, became a bit unlucky, because their cooperation completely fell apart.
Puff.
