"Yes, because she has been getting training since she was a kid," Archer gritted his teeth.
"So, it means she is better than us?" asked Chris, sceptically.
"What? No! I didn't say that!" snapped Archer.
"She has been getting training since she was a kid, you said that. Which would mean that she is better than us," said Chris.
"You are pulling my leg, right? You are?" asked Archer.
Chris looked at both Noelle and Harris, and they all started laughing at Archer. "Great! Now everyone is making fun of me because of her. I really… really ha… ahhh!!"
Archer rolled his eyes when he could not say the word 'hate' for her. Why was she impacting him so much now? What changed in a few months? He always had a mantra that she was the enemy, but now he could not even think of her like that.
"God! I hate this! I absolutely hate this. What is happening to me?" thought Archer while others kept laughing at him.
