Journee's eyes were fixed on the screen. No robbers were arrested. But Journee could see that Noelle was right under Jack's nose, in his grasp; she could see that; the proof was staring right into her face. Then how did she escape? After the way she trained her team member, there was no way anyone would get away from them. So, how did Noelle escape? So, this was the mistake Jack was trying to hide. He let her escape. He let her win.
And then the unthinkable happened. Noelle raised her head, grabbed Jack's collar and kissed him. A loud collective gasp echoed in the room. Every mouth in the room fell open. A few even dropped to the floor. Journee froze in her body. She just kept staring at Jack, first looking shocked on the screen, and then she saw his body relaxing. That made Noelle escape. That idiot felt the kiss; he felt the pleasure and let it overpower him. That gave Noelle the power and opportunity to escape.
