"Hata, can I borrow any of your footwear, please?" she pleaded. "I don't care the size, any can do."

"I mean any of your shoes or sandals or heels, anything whatsoever," Nessy said looking at her with pleading eyes.
"My lady, I am sorry to disappoint you but we would be leaving now," Nasi said as she and Hata made their way to the door.
"What's wrong?" Nessy asked with confused eyes. "Did I do anything wrong?"
