Xuanyuan Yue nodded. "Mother Ling was once an ordinary human, but she transformed into a Yin Dragon after inheriting everything from the previous Yin Dragon."
"Do you remember the process when she transformed into a Yin Dragon?"
"I remember," Xuanyuan Yue recounted everything.
"Yes." Yun Jingqiu nodded. "Instead of using a technique to transform humans into beasts, why don't you use the same method?"
Xuanyuan Yueyao raised an eyebrow. "If I use that kind of method, I'll have to kill other beasts first, and I don't want that. I want to create that device to increase their population, so I can't possibly kill them to create new beasts."
"Why do you have to kill them? Can't you think of another solution?" Yun Jingqiu asked with a shake of her head.
"Such as?"
Yun Jingqiu raised her index finger. "What do you think is the most important part of a beast?"
"The beast core."
