To avoid feeling like he was missing out on all the fun, Yang Qing left his seat by the window and moved back to the table at the center, where he was warmly embraced by the cold, refreshing breeze of the frost jade lotus and the spirit pearl peonies, which glittered like polished gems.
Yang Qing wasn't all too surprised by their changes, given that such changes had long become a normal thing for him. Because of his physique and his cultivation art, whenever he cultivated, meditated, or even just released a wisp of his qi, it always had a tendency to influence the environment around him, more so those with life, like plants and animals, not withholding even the ground itself, from the soil to the rocks. If they absorbed his qi long enough, or simply stayed around him long enough, all of them, without fail, would be heavily influenced by his presence, more so those of the yin or yang attribute, like the two plants before him, both of which were yin aligned.
