Draw Sword Skill only consists of two movements: a forward dash and drawing the sword.
Thus, the Draw Sword Skill is all about the speed of the forward dash, the speed of drawing the sword, and the power unleashed when swinging the sword.
Although Su Yuan can Instant Teleportation, it isn't a "forward dash", making him unable to use the Draw Sword Skill.
The Ziwei Heavenly Emperor Skill Su Yuan cultivates doesn't have any enhancement effect on "speed". It relies solely on Talent in Agility alongside enhancement from Time Law and Law of Speed.
Fu Ming is a Star Lord skilled in assassination, and even within a Dream Space, his movement speed surpasses Su Yuan's!
However, Su Yuan possesses the Shangqing Tongtian Sword Technique, with a speed unmatched by anyone, making him faster in the "drawing speed"!
In terms of forward dash and drawing speed, both of them have their own advantages.
