An unknown period of time later, Lake slowly regained consciousness.
"Urgh..."
Lake groaned as he slowly came to. His vision was still blurry and his sense of direction had also been thrown awry. It took him some effort before he could even identify where he was.
It was a tent. One with a few desks, benches, and cots neatly arranged around.
He didn't see anyone around, and his senses were still too muddled to pick up on anyone outside.
Eventually, Lake closed his eyes after roughly confirming his location. His vision continued to spin, worsening his headache, so he simply laid back down.
'Rank Three is still too much for the current me to handle...'
A sigh escaped him as he recalled the last battle before he passed out.
