"Pope Agatha~"
Pope Agatha, draped in the cloak embroidered with wheat ears of the Earth Mother Goddess Church, silently bowed her head, clearly not much in the mood to speak.
Then everyone heard Pope Mephiel's voice suddenly turn cold, though the expression on his face remained calm, as he said:
"Pope Agatha, I still remember the words carved on the Holy Hall of the Earth Mother Goddess Church: 'Understanding the needs of the people, practicing the righteousness of the earth.' So now, do you know the direction you need to go?"
"We have always known." When Agatha lifted her head, she looked toward Pope Mephiel's direction and softly said, "Lord Mephiel, sometimes when you stand too high, the wind blows stronger, and the sandstorm can confuse your sight, making it hard to discern the direction forward."
Mephiel did not hide his dissatisfaction with Pope Agatha, shaking his head with a slight tone of amusement in his voice.
