Chapter Four: The First Sight of Love 💘

Alan's POV — Flashback

It feels like yesterday… I can still remember the first time I saw her.

The morning sun spilled through the palace windows, painting the marble floors gold. Birds sang faintly outside, their notes mixing with the hum of the city. I woke at 7:00am, bathed, brushed my teeth, and slipped into my school uniform.

As I stepped out, I saw my father — the man everyone called "the devil." His black suit was sharp, his expression colder than steel. He was the CEO of the most powerful company in the world, and every step he took carried authority.

Alex and I walked together to school, the air crisp, the chatter of students filling the streets. For once, we blended in.

First Glimpse

That was when I saw her.

She stood in the courtyard, sunlight catching strands of her long, black hair, making it shimmer like silk. Her face was delicate, framed by that cascade of hair, and her eyes held a quiet intelligence. She was of average height, graceful, and carried herself with a calm dignity.

The moment I saw her, something stirred inside me — a warmth in my chest, a rhythm in my heartbeat I had never felt before. Who is she? Why does the world feel brighter when she's near?

In Class — Bianca's Cinematic Introduction

The classroom buzzed with noise until the teacher entered, silence falling like a curtain. But he wasn't alone.

Beside him stood the girl I had seen outside. My breath caught.

"Class," the teacher said, "we have a new student today. Please welcome her."

She stepped forward, her voice soft yet clear, carrying across the room like music. "My name is Bianca."

Her words were simple, but the way she spoke — confident yet gentle — made the room feel brighter. It was as if the sunlight itself leaned in to listen.

Bianca's POV — Inner Thoughts

Why are they all staring? My hands feel cold. I must look nervous. But… there's someone watching me differently. His eyes aren't mocking. They're curious, warm. Who is he?

She finished her introduction and walked gracefully to the empty desk beside mine. My heart raced. Fate had placed her next to me.

Lunch Time

Five periods passed in a blur. At lunch, I saw Bianca sitting alone on a bench beneath the shade of a tree. The breeze rustled the leaves, carrying the faint scent of flowers from the school garden.

I walked over, my footsteps echoing louder in my ears than they should have. "Can I sit here?" I asked, my voice hesitant.

She looked up, her eyes meeting mine. For a moment, the world seemed to pause. Then she smiled faintly. "Yes."

Alan's POV — Feelings

Her smile… it's gentle, like she's letting me into her world. I don't want this moment to end. Why does my chest feel lighter when she speaks?

---

Bianca's POV — Feelings

He's different. Not arrogant, not loud. Just… sincere. I feel safe talking to him. His words aren't many, but they matter. Why does my heart feel warmer when he's near?

---

Closing

We began to talk. Her kindness was genuine, her intelligence sharp. She laughed softly, and the sound lingered in my ears long after.

From that day, we became friends. And slowly, that friendship began to bloom into something more.
