Chapter 324 - Chapter 324 - Uzumakis vs 4 Ninja Villages 08.

[Chapter Size: 2100 Words.]

Third Person POV

Uzushiogakure, Year 42.

...

...

Minato had sent the bijūdama to the north.

Ōnoki was surprised when he expected the explosion to come from the middle of the island, but instead, he saw the flash, stunned, just like him. Minato had caused another bijūdama to be sent away, nullifying the attack and hitting their allies after seeing several lines of fuuinjutsu around the Bijuu Dama earlier, when it was absorbed.

While analyzing the situation, the Tsuchikage tried not to let himself get frustrated, but it seemed very difficult to do so.

It was nothing like what they had predicted. They arrived with an army of about six thousand ninjas, each fleet with two jinchūrikis and a kage, but they hadn't even truly reached the village yet and were already suffering devastating losses.

All of that had been the result only of long-distance jutsus from the enemy. And they hadn't even engaged in close combat yet with the Uzumakis. It was far too shameful, and this would mark them for the rest of their lives. Twenty thousand ninjas reduced to half before even reaching the Uzumakis — ten thousand dead. Minato had played a major part in all of this.

Even though the explosive tags had caused most of the deaths, it was undeniable that Minato had already killed more than three to four thousand ninjas alone, with his attacks and bijuudama teleportations. What kind of reality was this, where a single ninja could massacre so many at once? That should have been impossible. Not even the Kages came close to that.

Ōnoki narrowed his eyes, looking toward the middle of the island, and could see Minato standing there.

"Don't launch any more bijuudama!" he exclaimed, and, irritated, he quickly advanced, leaving the two transformed bijūs behind, along with the front of Iwa's forces that were marching toward the mainland. He shot straight toward the center of the island.

Some Uzumakis shouted, pointing at the sky, as he dodged another arrow — coming from the Hyūga girl, judging by the color of her eyes and the veins, indicating she had activated the Byakugan.

He knew he shouldn't run toward Minato alone, but he was enraged, irrational, and all he wanted was to end Minato.

The blond's body, standing there, vanished from the spot; Ōnoki barely had time to react when a light passed by him from below. Minato materialized and swung his legs in a bright kick. Ōnoki only managed to open his eyes before seeing the light of Minato's leg advancing toward his face. The next instant, he was thrown down, hitting the ground violently.

Minato had used the kunai and the Hiraishin symbols scattered all over the island. He had switched position to a blind spot right below Ōnoki and managed to kick him hard.

Several Uzumakis appeared around the hole where the old man had fallen.

"Quick, let's seal him!" exclaimed one of the ninjas, starting to form several seals and surrounding the area with fuuinjutsu. The seal began to grow, and just as they were ready, a lightning bolt emerged from the ground, piercing one of the Uzumakis and killing him instantly, undoing the seal.

Ōnoki appeared flying out of the hole with narrowed eyes, injured, dirty, and clearly enraged.

Quickly, Ōnoki began firing rays at Minato, who turned into light and slipped through the attacks easily before advancing. The old kage managed to dodge the first kick by just a few centimeters, but Minato spun his body and struck him with a kick from the other leg on the old man's back.

Ōnoki roared in pain, being hurled straight through the sky, flying over two hundred meters before managing to stabilize himself. He touched his own back, feeling that Minato had hit a sensitive point.

Minato glowed and, in a second, advanced again, materializing in front of Ōnoki — this time without attacking. His gaze was serious.

"You're the real one... And at the same time, you're very different from the war," accused the Third, panting. It was quite obvious — he still remembered Minato's abilities with light, but his current level was far beyond what he had seen before: freer, stronger.

"Let's just say I don't have to hold back anymore," Minato mocked, glancing toward the west side.

A huge roar echoed from there — the Four-Tails and Five-Tails were advancing along with the Iwa ninjas, coming right behind to face the first group of nearly a thousand Uzumakis on the coast.

More arrows flew from Hanabi's squad, taking down dozens of enemies. The Iwa ninjas, specialists in close combat, had difficulty countering from long range and were on unfavorable ground. Even so, they began to approach the center of the island, sacrificing comrades until they managed to get close enough to form seals.

"Looks like our time's up... Let's keep shooting! You don't need to follow my command anymore, but take down as many as you can before we have to go into close combat!" ordered Hanabi. Everyone nodded and began to retreat, leaping as the ground opened into large craters created by enemy jutsus, now within range.

Hanabi joined Tsuna, her body covered in marks, as she fired more arrows.

"Cover me, Tsuna!" she asked.

"Leave it to me!" replied Tsuna, feeling her chakra surge.

The Five-Tails was charging directly toward them. The Uzumakis tried to stop it but were easily thrown or crushed under the beast's paws. Hanabi aimed and tried to hit it, striking the creature's head with one of her arrows.

Then a second arrow was fired, and the roar that followed was deafening. She managed to hit one of its eyes as well, making it explode — and for the first time, the Five-Tails seemed to feel pain.

Even so, it didn't stop. Half of its face began to glow red — it wasn't blood, but layers of chakra regenerating rapidly. The Five-Tails prepared to stomp on Hanabi, ready to crush her along with the entire village behind Hanabi and the other human.

But before it could do so, a girl shot upward, reaching the Five-Tails' face and delivering a powerful punch. It was Tsuna.

She had inherited all of her mother's abilities, which already granted her colossal strength. But now, also using Sage Mode, her power surpassed human limits — reaching levels that should exceed even Tsunade's at her peak, with natural chakra pulsing through every strike.

In the original tale, Minato had already gained enough power to lift a bijuu using only the natural energy circulating through his body.

So for Tsuna... can you imagine the combination of having Senju lineage, the abilities inherited from her mother, and Sage Mode active all at once? When her fighting style was pure hand-to-hand brute force, the result was devastating.

The Five-Tails didn't even have time to react. Tsuna simply crushed it with a single punch, sinking its face inward. The impact was so violent that the beast lost all momentum and was thrown backward like a doll, flying uncontrollably. Along the way, it struck some Uzumakis but ultimately collided with full force into the Iwa ninjas who were arriving on the island, crushing dozens of them.

The witnesses — from both sides — couldn't believe what they were seeing. Both the Iwa and the Uzumaki looked on, stunned. They had just seen a bijū thrown through the air as if it were nothing, while the blonde landed on her feet.

"That was incredible!" Hanabi admitted, unable to contain her excitement, while Tsuna smiled proudly.

"Did you see that?" she laughed, looking toward the other bijū still fighting against the Uzumakis.

"I'll take on the Four-Tails head-on — and the others," Tsuna said, as Hanabi nodded.

In the next moment, Tsuna, taking advantage of the fact that there was no kage around to cause trouble — since Ōnoki was currently with Minato — performed the Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu.

Fifty clones appeared and advanced quickly, joining the Uzumakis who were using water jutsus to fight the Iwa ninjas already on solid ground. Soon, they began to turn the tide of the battle, taking down the first enemies and balancing the numerical advantage between the groups.

In the north, the battle was also intensifying. Mikoto was still preparing for the arrival of the enemies on the shores.

They were shocked by the earlier attack sphere that had struck when the Raikage, enraged, charged forward at high speed, targeting the first person before him — none other than Mikoto. He didn't know her, had never paid her any attention, and intended for her to be his first victim.

He launched a punch that almost hit her squarely, but was taken aback when bones emerged, blocking the blow before it touched her real body. Then, her body was enveloped in a kind of aura made of yellow chakra, forming a carapace of bones around her.

Even so, the Raikage's punch still sent her flying backward, and she hit the ground, shattering it upon impact. The Raikage halted his charge, surprised by such a thing — enough to stop even his slaughter of the other Uzumakis.

A yellow energy rose from the hole, and the girl stood up, wrapped in a layer of bones. The Raikage's eyes narrowed, surprised by what he saw.

"This is... the Uchiha clan? But I've never seen a Sharingan like that…" He saw her Sharingan for the first time. Despite its strange pattern, analyzing also the bone structure surrounding her — a defense that had even stopped him from striking her through his lightning cloak.

It was a completely new ability to him. The Raikage knew that the Uchiha clan was one of the most feared in the world because of their eyes and their affinity with fire, but he had never heard of anything like that.

"What's your name?" asked the Third Raikage, interested in the kunoichi before him.

"Uchiha Mikoto," she said. Even though it was a great acknowledgment — a kage wanting to know her name — Mikoto kept a serious gaze, her Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan blazing red as she stared at her opponent. Even though the Raikage didn't truly understand what those eyes meant.

Minato had told her that as long as she didn't summon the complete Susanoo, they would only suspect she possessed a regular Mangekyō, and not a definitive level of those eyes.

"Interesting," said the Raikage before dashing forward. Mikoto managed to predict the attack, her eyes glowing intensely, dodging by a hair and surprising the kage once more.

He stopped and then attempted a kick, but she evaded, sliding across the sand of the shore. The next instant, he was already over her, throwing a punch. Before he could land it, the entire ground exploded.

The Raikage leapt back but was startled to realize that whatever those eyes did, they granted her perfect defense. The bones expanded around Mikoto and suddenly a giant hand emerged, trying to crush him. He dodged narrowly, and the hand slammed into the ground with immense force, opening a crater.

"What is that…?" The Uzumakis looked on, stunned, as Mikoto appeared surrounded by the bones of her incomplete Susanoo — with only one skeletal arm formed.

The Kage merely stared at her seriously and lunged again, attempting another strike. Mikoto tried to hit him as well, but he dodged her attack, and the bone hand embedded itself into the ground while another skeletal arm grew on the opposite side.

She braced herself firmly, gripping the ground with both giant hands, as the Raikage's punch struck the bone shell around her, expecting to shatter it. The bones trembled but did not break.

The Raikage clenched his teeth as Mikoto still stood before him, her hands merely dragging some soil aside. His eyes widened in surprise when he stopped to see a purple lightning forming in Mikoto's hand — a different, intense, pulsating electrical chakra surrounding her. It was dangerous, and he knew it.

Before he could react, the Uchiha's eyes flickered for an instant — he had fallen into a genjutsu. He blacked out for a few seconds.

When he came to, Mikoto was already in front of him, piercing his skin with the concentrated lightning. The strike broke through his defense, blood gushed out, and the Raikage staggered back, stunned.

The Kumo ninjas around them were horrified to see the Third Raikage looking at his own shoulder in disbelief, bleeding from an open wound. His eyes turned back to the girl, who still held her hand wrapped in purple lightning within the bony structure of the Susanoo.

She had broken through his defense — something no one had ever done before. And that lightning jutsu... it wasn't ordinary. They had never seen lightning of that color.

What was happening there?
