"What's with this guy? How did he jump from such a high building? Should we call an ambulance?"

"Hey! I recognize him! He was on TV! I heard he's a great hero who protects the people."

The chatter of the other patients couldn't distract Li Huowang in the slightest. He pulled his gaze away from the prison cell before him, raised his head, and scanned his surroundings for something.
Although I've come out of its belly, I'm still in the water. If I don't get back to the boat soon, I'm going to drown!
Li Huowang kept searching until his eyes suddenly fixed on a distant steel watchtower. It appeared to be the perimeter of the White Tower Prison. A soldier armed with a rifle was craning his neck, looking over in their direction with a puzzled expression.
The watchtower was quite tall, standing out conspicuously higher than the surrounding buildings. It was the highest point in the vicinity.
