Just as Bai Lingmiao finished washing the clothes and was carefully heading toward the carriage, she suddenly felt the other end of the bamboo pole she was holding being lifted.
Gazing at the blurred patch of red ahead of her, Bai Lingmiao softly said, "Actually, I can still see right now, just not very clearly."
The Second God in front of her didn't answer, simply leading her by the bamboo pole toward the carriage.
Once they reached the carriage, Bai Lingmiao, with help from Li Sui, laid the washed clothes out to dry on the canopy and the horse's back.
"Li Sui, where's your dad?" Bai Lingmiao asked the blurry patch of earthy yellow, which was Li Sui's straw raincoat.
Having spent so much time together, Bai Lingmiao had grown used to Li Sui's frightening appearance. Though she couldn't treat Li Sui as a daughter like Li Huowang did, she could at least face her with a sense of calm.
