Soon, two bowls of wontons in red chili oil were placed in front of them. Yang used his chopsticks to pick up a wonton, shaped like a small white boat, from the glossy red broth.
He popped the green-onion-sprinkled wonton into his mouth and chewed. He couldn't help but nod in approval. Though covered in red chili oil, it wasn't greasy at all. Instead, his mouth was filled with a delicate spiciness and rich aroma—it was absolutely delicious.
Even from his perspective as a cook, these wontons were made exceptionally well.
