Chapter 1220 - Progression

"Mama... Really?"

Humming to myself and continuing to place down the thick, reinforced glass walls, I glanced at the pink haired Dark Elf for a moment before shrugging as I replied "Really. I do think it's a good idea, no?"

Kalia sighed yet offered no objections, though the presence of the Hawkkin nearby meant she wasn't really giving me a complete and honest truth... not that that would have changed much, but still, Inik being here was amusing nonetheless.

"Well, Mama~, I have to admit I am surprised to hear that you want to buy up more of the plots along the Potaam River since that costs a LOT of coin, but at the same time some of the ones nearby should be cheaper..? Plus we see how efficiently you utilize space, so..."

Shrugging, the Hawkkin just continued to lean against the wall while watching me work, her eyes permanently glued to my backside while jumping over to her own wife's whenever the Dark Elf got pouty.

"I want to ensure we have the space, and with there being a little over half of the season remaining we have to move quickly, no? You and Kalia have a baby on the way, Aethisia is just... determined to knock up everyone she beds, Rhefia has no plans on stopping..."

My sigh just made the Hawkkin smirk as she added "I have no plans on stopping either. The moment Kalia pops out our first I want to put the second in her immediately~! And then of course if Mama ever~ wants to let anyone in the family knock her up, just know that I will definitely~ be there for that~!"

I chuckled and nodded, not wanting to tell her now that I was one day hoping to just... let all of the futanari take turns pouring their sperm into me and seeing who gets lucky enough to knock me up within that one day span.

Probably something to make Summer more interesting, but it wasn't something that I was in a rush to do either since it was something I wanted to make 'perfect', and I couldn't right now; besides I had too much to do and was constantly harping on that to myself, so... y'know...

"The first one that's nearby and for sale is the one that the Renari Beastfolk own, though there are two plots between us and them. One is a farm owned by a minor Noble and the other is a vacation home for another minor Noble. Small plots but they are in our way, so I'll need to figure that out too..."

"Ah, the Renari... So, fun thing about them, they are quite the voracious Beastfolk, alright? And not entirely in a good way. The women are perpetually impregnated by any of the stronger futanari and hold little say, while the futanari are just... outrageously strong, horny and stubborn. They make immaculate soldiers though, so people tolerate their bigotry."

I just sighed and nodded, having a feeling that none of this would ever be that easy; as I listened to her report that she scrounged up from memory, I finished establishing the shell of the greenhouse and immediately began to work with Kalia on getting the shelving and tables put up, asking her what she needed and where.

Dozens upon dozens of prepared pots of all kinds began to fill the room, and in the center was a table that could comfortably seat six for a meal or host four who were looking for somewhere scenic yet comfortable to have fun.

When the 'foundations' were laid down I bid them both farewell for the time being and returned to the outside of the main house, determined to add on that extra space for the kitchen sooner rather than later.

An unsurprising amount of the work came from masonry as I built up my beautifully large ovens and new stovetop, with the floor also being a smooth stone slab that would be easy to clean and also less likely to be damaged by the heat.

Because of this though I absolutely needed to work out an excellent ventilation system that would take the hot air out yet not allow any rain or snow inside, which proved to be a somewhat difficult task with the desire to not make the outside of the house too blocky or ugly.

A system of decorative stone grates resting overtop various vents worked well enough, and just to be safe the angled vents spread out multiple ways to ensure the smoke from the ovens would be thoroughly dispersed beneath their own little hoods outside.

It took a little while but it turned out wonderfully, though by the time I was done the sun was already directly overhead, meaning I had to put it to the test immediately since lunch was absolutely required right now.

If not because everyone was hungry from all of their work, lunch was now something that needed to happen because Sadie, Renna and I needed to have the sustenance to produce an excessive amount of milk for the babies, who all had bottomless appetites of their own.

I could tell that Renna had already begun to notice the drain of energy since she looked rather exhausted when she plopped down on the couch with Sienna and Astaria, the two fast asleep in her arms and giving her that moment of respite.

Because of that I worked extra hard to prepare a plethora of dishes, and seeing my wife slowly perk up as each was placed into the ovens was rather amusing, especially when she migrated over to the island to watch this happen.

Everyone soon began to come inside because they could smell the cooking food rather easily, and the next task was added to my list as the dining area was packed full of ravenous people hoping to not only get lunch, but also get a quickie or two in before and after they finished eating...

Some of those people were even so greedy as to come up and use Heila and I in the pantry, pulling us inside and fucking us quickly before blowing their loads and leaving; already the pantry was showing its worth, and even though we were hard at work with the food Heila and I were very, very happy with it.
