Although the previous wood technique was good but it was not something that I wanted right now. I don't know if what ia m doing is right as I don't have any teacher for martial art.
"wth? i am one of the noble and they don't have any wood element teacher in the whole family, what rotten luck huh".
Dejected I started looking for other techniques that were there. when I tried to pick other wood element techniques, there was literally dust on them like they have never been touched for centuries.
I got frustrated like no one got my attribute, I have heard people say that it is super rare but it looks like I have underestimated how rare this thing actually is.
I picked up the other technique , one after another there were not many, but all of them were either supplementary or didn't have that offensive power that i was looking for.

No this is not good , in this dog eats dog world where even the strongest humans are not safe and we have monsters real monsters present here I will not be trusting my life to someone who could even betray me . Betrayal is not that rare in this world, when no body is looking who know what people do and scheme. And I don't want to be apart of that.
There was only one martial arts technique left on the wood attribute compartment. I picked up that technique and started reading the introduction of that technique.

This technique was called [ Natural wood mastery]
Ahh I sied with frustration because it was another technique that was not to his liking.
(This technique is used for supplementary purposes , when we need the wood from the natural mana we use this technique but the condition of using this technique is that the user should be a wood user and they are very rare. The difference between the natural wood for the forest and the wood created by magic is that the 'magic wood ' will vanish after some time when all of its mana is used up but if you are willing to use this technique this will allow you to make wood literally and that wood will not disappear.
By doing this we can get an unlimited amount of wood . But what's the point we don't need that much wood any way and also it takes up most of the mana that a user have to make even the amount of wood that you will get from a single oak tree. )
I Dejectedly thought that if I don't have any other technique then I should take the defensive technique, at least it will help me in fights and now that I have decided to start training as a knight too, it Will help me immensely.
I start thinking about that but suddenly I got an idea in my head. As everyone knows that we could
control our own magic element that is created by the mage or any other person. so why don't I learn this "Natural wood mastery " technique and use it like my favorite character used in the novels. If I have enough control on my creation I can make anything out of wood and use it for fighting.
Thinking about this, I got so excited that I can't stop smiling, yes I got what I needed and if coupled with knights training which is literally controlling you mana in your body and using it to strengthen you body. I can even create giant golems. hehe I will be invincible in no time I nodded.
"Nah, I pulled myself back to reality, even if I got very good at controlling wood but the amount of mana I have is still limited for that I have to improve my grade and rank".
I haven't done any meditation or any exercise in this world till now. And I am thinking of ruling the world, I have to put myself back in place. but I am excited about the future.
now that I have something that I am aspiring to become and I have a path to follow I don't think I will have any need for a teacher but still if father can find someone I will be much better and faster than training yourself .
I taken these two techniques one defensive and one offensive ( it's not really a offensive technique but I am going to use and train it like that only) .
I have to make this work, although I can't learn different technique of different people but I can practice meditation techniques as they are not related to any particular affinity. Their are some technique like that but mostly they are neutral.
So I got to the front of the table desk of the librarian and told him that I will be borrowing thes techniques for the next month. And they allowed me to bring the techniques out of the library.
I was dejected before but now I am seeing the path I want to follow so I was in a happy mood.
