In a deserted plain on the outskirts, a loud shout echoed as Jin Hu fiercely slashed his sword down on the head of an undead creature in front of him.

The undead exploded instantly, releasing a vast amount of death qi, leaving a round pearl glowing faintly with green light on the ground.
"Be careful of the death qi entering your body!"
Jin Hu reminded, his figure flying backward.
Jiang Chen and the others flew back, beyond the range covered by the death qi.
Once the death qi dissipated, Jin Hu stepped forward to pick up the pearl on the ground, chuckling as he spoke, "I didn't expect the necrotic tide this time to have undead reaching the outer region."
By now, Jiang Chen and the others had ventured a hundred miles deep into the abandoned plain, and the undead that had been cleared from the outskirts began to emerge.
"It seems this necrotic tide is not simple; it might not just be an ordinary saint's corpse spirit awakening."
