After finally confirming a few sales and settling on delivery methods, she brought out the breakfast she had prepared.

Melody Monroe had just put her phone down when it rang again. She glanced at it and saw, to her surprise, that it was her landlord. 'Rent isn't due yet, is it?'
"Hello, Miss Monroe."
"Hello, Mr. Preston. Is something the matter?"
"Yes. I'm calling to give you a heads-up that I'm selling the property."
Melody Monroe's expression stiffened. She had just gotten settled. 'What will I do if I can't rent this place anymore?'
"But didn't we sign a two-year lease?"
"Don't worry, Miss Monroe. Even though I've sold the property, I explained the situation to the new owner. He isn't planning on moving in, so your lease is still valid."
Melody Monroe breathed a quiet sigh of relief.
"I'll send you the new owner's number. You should save it so you can contact him easily."
