"CUT!" Director Wallace shouted.
The take was no good. Raymond Ford hadn't even gotten his lines out completely.
A staff member immediately rushed forward to hold umbrellas for the two actors.
Leah Young quickly handed a towel to Raymond Ford.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry! The rain is too heavy, and it's so cold. My mind went completely blank!" Raymond Ford explained hurriedly.
"It's fine, we get it, we get it."
"Raymond, it's okay, you can do it! You can do it!"
"Here, let's fix your hair first."
The crew immediately tried to console him.
"Raymond, here, drink some ginger tea to warm up," Leah Young said, picking up a thermos.
Raymond Ford took it and drank a mouthful of the hot ginger tea, instantly feeling a bit warmer.
Zane Langdon had a bath towel draped over his shoulders as a stylist fixed his hair.
"We rehearsed this scene together today. Didn't you memorize your lines?" Zane Langdon asked.
