From a distance, Melody Monroe could see the exceptionally eye-catching building. It had an artificial lake, and the scenery was gorgeous.
Perched on a small hilltop, the Western-style building looked like a castle.
"Is this kindergarten acceptable?" Evan Fairchild asked suddenly.
"Yes, of course!" Melody Monroe nodded immediately.
"I'll take Ian Monroe in. You can wait for me in the car." Evan Fairchild got out and opened the door.
Ian Monroe glanced up at his father, his little face etched with displeasure, but he got out of the car anyway.
"You don't have to walk me in. I can go by myself." With that, Ian Monroe slung his backpack on, walked ahead, and waved goodbye to his mother. "Bye, Mom."
"Goodbye, sweetie!"
Ian Monroe turned and walked toward the kindergarten's main gate.
He had only taken a few steps when a teacher spotted him and immediately came over to greet him.
Melody Monroe watched until Ian and the teacher had disappeared inside before looking away.
